The Bamboo Link app, an initiative by FMC, aims to bring together all stakeholders in the bamboo sector across India. It serves as a comprehensive platform that connects individuals, businesses, artisans, and organisations involved in every aspect of the bamboo industry. The app provides access to valuable resources, market opportunities, and technical expertise to foster the growth of the bamboo sector.
The Objectives
The key objectives of the Bamboo Link app project were to enable artisans, small businesses, and large enterprises to access better markets for bamboo products. Provide a streamlined connection between producers and buyers, enabling smoother transactions and access to broader markets.

What We Did?
We strategically launched Bamboo Link’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, setting the foundation for brand recognition and community growth. From logo creation to selecting the perfect color palette and drafting comprehensive brand guidelines, we carefully managed every detail to create a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
To drive engagement and build a loyal following, we developed a robust content strategy, including a diverse content calendar with app promotion, success stories, industry trends, key events, educational posts, and captivating visuals like GIFs, videos, and influencer amplification, technical training. Our targeted strategies fostered active engagement, strengthened brand sentiment, and rapidly grew TBL’s follower base, positioning it as the leading platform in the bamboo sector.
Apart from social media, we also developed numerous microsites to promote some of the TBL’s initiatives such as Art-hi-shan, MSME cluster observatory, etc.
The Results
Our efforts resulted in a significant boost to TBL’s online presence, growing the follower base by an impressive 46K on Facebook and 547 on Instagram. This surge in followership enhanced engagement across social channels reinforced positive brand sentiment and solidified TBL’s position as a leading platform in the industry.
